Haggai
The Temple Builder
Prophet who encouraged the rebuilding of the Temple after the Babylonian exile. Haggai motivated the people to prioritize God's house over their own comfort. His ministry was brief but powerful, lasting only four months, yet it resulted in the completion of the Second Temple.
When the Jewish exiles returned from Babylon, they began rebuilding the Temple but stopped due to opposition and discouragement. Haggai's prophetic ministry rekindled their passion for God's house.
